I’ve been using dreamwidth a lot lately. It helps me be distracted from the thoughts, but I also have a lot of thoughts to write about. It helps to have a place to vent, and it’s also good just to write about the good. I try to focus on the good ones, even if I can’t all the time. If I can have good thoughts or feel good, I consider that a win ✌️
