I wrote to my insurance asking for names- I don't even remember if I wrote about it here- but yesterday they apparently called four times from a number that didn't even say aetna and they left no messages except weird demonic sounds. When I finally picked up, the quality of the call was so bad I heard static, could barely understand her, and heard my own voice echoing. :| I ended up hanging up 'cause I couldn't fucking understand her. So I wrote back asking for names again and they're "oh, actually, so and so is who manages you mental health benefits. call them instead <3" so... supposedly you can send me demonic sounding phone calls but you can't send me names in an email. you don't even want to do your job. it's because fucking everything on that website is outdated. I'm so stressed out
