I chance it taking a shower, thinking I'll be okay, but towards the end I end up drifting. Even though I tried to use grounding techniques to stay in the present, I couldn't stop being pulled into anxious and distressing scenarios and frustrating conversations. Even after I got out. I hate this, man.
