I'm so tired of shootings happening. I don't even have a strong anti gun stance anymore - I can understand where they're necessary - but if closing up the market pulls the number down, I'm all for it.

I can't understand the selfishness of others who waive "right to bear arms!" when people are being terrorized by gun violence. Don't people have a right to be safe from it? Isn't it terrible a lot of people, including children, are either dead or traumatized because of it? Doesn't that mean anything?

(In less extremes, I do think stronger gun laws are an option, but it's frustrating when the government just won't make the necessary changes. I also find it frustrating that the issue is continually blamed on mental illness, as if mental illness turns you into a killer. The real issue is violent people, as I've echoed before. But that's never going to be addressed or tackled, so you just feel... hopeless about the whole thing.)
